Carpenter/Cabinet Maker
Experience Without Limits. Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we create, and build, head-turning, smile-inducing, impact driving brand experiences. We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of experiences.
That takes a team that’s bold, curious, and acts as one - building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and showing up for each other. Here, you’ll do your best work, grow fast, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.
Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.
Craft Without Limits. Build the experiences the world walks through.
At Jack Morton, we create, design, and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences. From global congress floors to immersive trade show environments, we turn bold ideas into physical spaces that people don’t just see — they step into.
We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of every moment, every surface, every detail.
That takes a team of makers who are precise, curious, and collaborative. People who take pride in craftsmanship, push standards higher, and understand that great work is built together, not in isolation.
Here, you’ll build at scale, work alongside designers and producers who care deeply about quality and see your work come to life on some of the most visible stages in the industry.
This is a place where precision matters, ownership is expected, and craftsmanship is respected. Where no detail is too small, and every cut, joint, and finish contributes to something bigger than the shop floor.
Craft without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.
We are seeking a Carpenter / Cabinet Maker
A highly skilled fabricator to craft, assemble, and finish custom exhibit and experiential environments for global brands across healthcare, technology, and consumer industries.
You will bring creative concepts into physical reality—building the structures that define how audiences experience brands in live environments. From precision cabinetry to large-scale booth builds, your work will be seen on global stages including major trade shows and congresses.
This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and quality-focused. It requires pride in execution, respect for process, and a commitment to delivering work that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the build of custom experiential environments including architectural wall systems, cabinetry, counters, and structural booth components for high-profile global events
- Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication details into precise, production-ready builds
- Fabricate templates, jigs, and fixtures to improve build accuracy, repeatability, and shop efficiency
- Construct high-quality shipping crates to ensure safe transport of experiential assets worldwide
- Execute premium finishing work including veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, and detailed trim applications
- Cut, shape, assemble, sand, and finish components with a high level of craftsmanship and dimensional accuracy
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure build intent is fully realized
- Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established fabrication and quality processes
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safety-first workshop environment that reflects professional production standards
What we require
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent hands-on fabrication experience
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or custom fabrication (1+ year preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production work orders
- Comfortable working with precise measurements, math, and detail-driven fabrication
- Strong attention to detail with pride in craftsmanship and finished quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team-based shop environment
- Commitment to safety, consistency, and high production standards
We strongly prefer
- Experience in exhibit fabrication, experiential production, or large-scale custom builds
- Familiarity with trade show environments, live event production, or branded installations
- Background working in collaborative shop environments supporting design-to-build workflows
