What You Will Do : 

1. Assiting in the setup,configuration,and deploymentd EP devices
2. Diagnosting & resolving HW and SW issue for end-users
3. Collaborating with the IT team to integrate personal devices into the organization's network securely
4. Assisting in configuring security protocols and access controls for BYOD environments
5. Assisting in the documentation of ITSM processes, such as incident, change, and problem management workflows.
6. Configuring ITSM tools to align with organizational requirements
7. Monitoring IT service desk tickets and escalating issues when necessary
8. Participating in IT projects to enhance operational efficiency

What You Need to Have:

1. Student from reputable university majoring in IT or Computer Science.
2. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4. ⁠Located in Jakarta and willing to work hybrid.
5. ⁠Available for full time internship.
