Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in custom software or B2B professional services companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple digital marketing channels effectively. 

Marketing manager is going to be reporting to Head of Marketing 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, digital advertising, social media, and SEO. 

· Content and Digital Marketing: Drive initiatives that generate new business opportunities through effective content and digital marketing. Manage the development of engaging content tailored to target audiences and aligned with business goals, and occasionally work on strategic content creation (press-releases, executive presentations, interviews, etc.) Implement omni-channel campaigns to maximise reach and engagement. 

· Project Management: Organise and manage multiple projects and streams related to digital marketing for custom software development. Make strategic decisions on task assignments, choosing between in-house resources and outsourced agencies. 

· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, leadership, and delivery teams to leverage synergy and deliver impactful content. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance marketing efforts across departments. 

· Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to guide decision-making. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing for custom software or B2B professional services companies targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing channels, including content marketing, digital ads, social media, and SEO
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in project execution and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with B2B digital products is a significant plus.
