Recruiting Coordinator, Campus Recruiting
About the Position
We are looking for a coordinator to join our Asia recruiting team to support the growth and development of our recruitment efforts in the region. This person will collaborate with our campus recruiting team as we identify, interview and hire exceptional interns and new grads for our Technology teams.

In this role, you'll work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing a complex flow of candidate information and ensuring the interview processes we’ve put in place are running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating interviews, maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and assisting with the planning, execution and staffing of campus recruitment events. You will also help plan, improve and run our summer internship program.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success, and we pride ourselves on creating meaningful connections with our candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude.
About You
- 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within recruitment coordination,campus recruiting, technology recruiting or a relevant recruiting/HR internship
- Motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
- Outgoing and excited to participate in recruiting events and initiatives
- Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Intellectually curious; knows the right questions to ask to solve a problem
- Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required for this position
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus
