About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Implementation Manager to serve as a full-lifecycle technical lead for our platform partners—from pre-sales scoping, through implementation and into post-launch support.
You will own the technical relationship with our prospect and existing partners, designing scalable integration solutions, leading onboarding efforts, and supporting partners through ongoing technical account management. This role is a critical connector between external partner needs and our internal product capabilities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional partner experiences, drive adoption of Jaris solutions, and help shape our GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Solutions
- Act as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales process for our platform partners
- Lead technical scoping sessions with prospect engineering teams, identifying integration paths and constraints
- Conduct product deep dives and architectural workshops, helping partners understand how our platform fits their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to onboarding
Post-Sales Implementation
- Support integration efforts by guiding implementation and streamlining launch timelines
- Monitor integrations post-launch, troubleshoot technical issues with support of engineering, and deliver ongoing technical account management
- Build tools and processes to scale technical onboarding and partner support
- Act as the internal voice of the partner—surfacing feedback to improve product, tooling, and documentation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and enablement materials
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Engineering, Software Integration, or Technical Account Management
- Must have fintech experience with embedded payments, banking solutions
- Proficiency in APIs, Authentication mechanisms, Pagination, Webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in building and delivering working demos or POCs
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an obsession for delivering a great partner experience
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in crafting high-quality documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
Applicants located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the expected annual base compensation range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000 USD. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Jaris and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
