Role Overview 

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives on tackling complex design challenges and distilling them into simple, elegant, and scalable AI-powered experiences.  In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to craft experiences that empower enterprise users to harness the full potential of AI in their day-to-day workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and iterate on intuitive designs that bridge human and artificial intelligence seamlessly. 

The UX landscape for next-generation enterprise AI applications is still evolving, and this role offers a unique opportunity to shape its future and influence the industry at large.  As a key member of our design team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our design vision, refining our enterprise design system, and contributing to the overall product strategy.  We’re looking for someone who is skilled in their craft, contributing to design culture, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI-driven products. 

 What You’ll Do 

  • Lead Design Initiatives: Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from ideation to high-fidelity execution, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Design Intuitive Solutions: Craft engaging, user-friendly interfaces that transform complex enterprise workflows into seamless and rewarding experiences.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketing professionals to shape human-centered designs that align with business goals and resonate in the market.
  • Iterate with Data: Use a combination of qualitative insights and quantitative analytics to continuously refine designs and create user experiences that evolve with customer needs.
  • Evolve the Design System: Contribute to and scale our enterprise design system to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
  • Prototype & Validate: Develop high-fidelity prototypes to quickly test concepts, gather feedback, and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
  • Drive Innovation: Explore emerging design trends, AI capabilities, and new interaction paradigms to push the boundaries of enterprise user experiences and deliver forward-thinking, impactful solutions.
  • Advocate for the User: Serve as the champion of user needs throughout the product development process, ensuring every design decision enhances usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction. 

 What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ Years UI/UX Experience: Ideally, you also have a strong track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating your ability to simplify complex workflows, create intuitive user experiences, and deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in modern design platforms such as Figma and Adobe XD, with a strong foundation in responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
  • A Reimagination of Enterprise UX: A strong commitment to elevating the status quo for enterprise product experiences, ensuring solutions are not only usable, but also engaging and delightful.
  • Technical Alignment: Familiarity with front-end development concepts and how they impact design feasibility and implementation, as well as participating in active problem solving with engineers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • User Testing & Research Experience: A strong curiosity about user behavior and experience in synthesizing user feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Systems Approach: Experience with leveraging and evolving design systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency of development.  
  • AI Enthusiasm: Familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML-driven products and their application within enterprise environments. 

 Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Experience with AI-driven interfaces and conversational UI.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
