Staff Product Designer at JazzX AI 

Location: Bangalore, India (with availability to work across multiple time zones) 

Role Overview 

We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the evolution of user experience at JazzX AI, driving innovative design solutions that seamlessly integrate AI into enterprise workflows.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the overall product design vision, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and guiding product strategy to create AI-driven experiences that are transformative for our customers and set a new standard for the industry. 

The enterprise AI UX landscape is still being defined, and this role offers a rare opportunity to drive innovation, establish industry best practices, and elevate JazzX AI’s design maturity. As a key design leader, you will mentor and inspire the team while championing user-centered design principles across the organization. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead Strategic Design Initiatives: Define and drive the UX vision across the product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Shape the Future of AI-Driven UX: Lead the charge in crafting user experiences that blend AI capabilities with human intuition, setting new standards for enterprise usability.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with senior leaders in product, engineering, data science, and marketing to align user needs with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Leverage user insights to inform strategic decisions and advocate for design-led thinking at all levels of the organization.
  • Advance the Design System: Evolve and scale our enterprise design system to maintain a cohesive and scalable experience across diverse touchpoints.
  • Prototype and Validate: Develop prototypes to test complex AI-driven concepts, gathering actionable feedback to refine product experiences.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and experiment with emerging design trends, interaction patterns, and AI advancements to create differentiated user experiences.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and leadership to the design team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Advocate for the User: Champion the needs of enterprise users, ensuring that every design decision is rooted in usefulness and business impact. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 8+ Years of UX/UI Experience: Proven track record designing complex enterprise applications, with experience in AI/ML-driven products being a strong advantage.
  • Strong Portfolio: A robust design portfolio demonstrating experience in simplifying complex workflows, creating scalable design solutions, and leading high-impact projects with positive results for users and businesses.
  • Strategic Thinking and Execution: Ability to connect user needs with business goals and translate them into compelling and impactful design strategies.
  • Mastery of Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools, with an in-depth understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Systems Approach: Experience with leveraging and evolving design systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency of development.
  • User Research Expertise: Experience in conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and applying them to design decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • AI and Data-Driven Design: A keen interest in AI-driven products, with the ability to design experiences that leverage automation and predictive insights. 

 Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Experience leading design at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Experience with conversational UI, chatbots, or AI-driven decision support systems.
