Role Overview
Are you passionate about shaping the future of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)? As a Senior AI Product Manager (Technical), you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core components of our AGI platform, leading the development of groundbreaking technologies that push the boundaries of machine intelligence.
Collaborating with diverse teams—including engineering, research, UX, marketing, sales, and enterprise customers—you’ll deliver an AGI platform designed for scalability, real-world impact, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & AGI Roadmap
- Craft a visionary, forward-looking roadmap for AGI platform components, prioritizing alignment with long-term goals of generalized intelligence.
- Define and execute strategies to enable robust, scalable, and safe AGI capabilities, such as model robustness, enterprise knowledge scalability, and alignment with ethical standards.
- Proactively anticipate emerging needs and capabilities for AGI development, staying ahead of the curve in this dynamic space.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with research teams to integrate state-of-the-art advancements in AI/AGI (e.g., advanced reasoning, multimodal learning, continual learning) into production systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable and efficient infrastructure for deploying AGI solutions across diverse environments.
- Work closely with UX and ethics teams to ensure AGI experiences are user-centric, transparent, and aligned with safety principles.
Customer-Centric Innovation
- Engage with enterprise customers to uncover high-impact AGI applications, such as workflow automation, complex decision support, and autonomous systems.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product features that balance performance, alignment, and enterprise outcomes.
- Drive adoption of AGI by tailoring solutions for specific industries and global markets, fostering trust and reliability.
Metrics & Scalability
- Establish and track KPIs to measure AGI platform performance, alignment accuracy, and product-market fit.
- Build scalable infrastructure to enable continuous experimentation and refinement of AGI models.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, compelling product positioning, and clear messaging for AGI solutions.
- Lead customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of AGI-powered solutions into enterprise workflows.
- Partner with marketing to simplify AGI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and showcase the transformative value of AGI to enterprise leaders.
What we are looking for
Experience & Achievements
- 5+ years in technical product management, with 2+ years delivering AI/ML or next-generation platform products.
- Hands-on experience developing large-scale AI systems (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models, reinforcement learning agents) is highly valued.
- Drive detailed product definition, manage product backlog, prioritization and help with trade-offs among competing high value opportunities
- Work closely with engineering teams, design and GTM teams to deliver products to customers.
Technical Acumen
- Strong understanding of advanced AI/AGI concepts, including foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and distributed inference.
- Familiarity with AGI infrastructure, such as cloud/hosted models, data integrations, and edge deployments.
Leadership & Strategy
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between research rigor and productization, driving solutions from concept to enterprise-scale deployment.
- Adept at influencing senior technical and engineering leaders, AGI researchers, and product leaders to align strategic priorities.
- Ability to crisply prioritize customer feedback, product and service telemetry, platform priorities into a feature roadmap for engineering execution.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to articulate complex AGI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with a focus on action, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
