Sales Director – Residential Mortgage Industry 

Role Overview 

JazzX AI is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development initiatives within the residential mortgage industry. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base by positioning JazzX AI as the go-to AI partner for mortgage lenders and related stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for the residential mortgage segment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with mortgage lenders and servicers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Execute the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent JazzX AI and build market presence.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to influence product development and roadmap.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs. 

 Qualifications 

  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales leadership, including at least 5-10 years specifically in sales or business development within the residential mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage processes, underwriting, LOS systems, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and scaling B2B sales efforts.
  • Experience working with SaaS or AI-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong network within the mortgage lending ecosystem is a plus.
