About JazzX AI -

Our mission is to build a world where enterprise knowledge work is no longer constrained by human capacity.

JazzX AI is building an AGI-first system of intelligence for the enterprise — a platform designed to transform how complex, judgment-heavy work gets done.
Instead of adding AI features to existing software, JazzX re-architects enterprise workflows from first principles. Our platform integrates reasoners, knowledge fabrics, and role-native assistants to create intelligent systems that can understand goals, reason through policies, collaborate with humans, and execute work end-to-end — all within human-defined guardrails and with full explainability.

We are starting with residential lending, where deep due diligence, complex policies, and expert judgment define outcomes, and are building a horizontal platform that will enable intelligent applications across many industries characterized by knowledge-centric, manually intensive processes.

JazzX is not about dashboards or automation. It’s about Work-as-a-Service — intelligent systems that continuously learn, adapt, and deliver outcomes at enterprise scale.

Backed by SAI Group
JazzX AI is incubated and backed by SAI Group, a private investment firm that has committed $1B to build and scale next-generation, AI-powered enterprise software companies. SAI Group’s portfolio serves 2,000+ global enterprise customers, generates nearly $800M in annual revenue, and employs 4,000+ people worldwide — providing JazzX with long-term capital, deep operating expertise, and access to real-world enterprise scale from day one.

  • Iterate designs rapidly based on client feedback and usability results.
  • Provide detailed UX documentation and specifications for development teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Present design concepts and research findings to both internal and client teams.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and educate stakeholders on user-centric design principles.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables in fast-paced project environments.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Specialist in a B2B, SaaS, or digital services environment.

  • Experience with low-code or platform-based design constraints.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain UX rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.

  • Advanced degree: Masters education in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure).

Attributes

  • Empathy & Ownership: You listen carefully to user needs and take full ownership of delivering great experiences.
  • Startup Mentality: You move fast, learn quickly, and are comfortable wearing many hats.
  • Detail-Oriented: You care about the little things
  • Mission-Driven: You want to solve important, high-impact problems that matter to real people.
  • Team-Oriented: Low ego, collaborative, and excited to build alongside highly capable engineers, designers, and domain experts.

Travel

This position requires the ability to travel to client sites as needed for on-site deployments and collaboration. Travel is estimated at approximately 20–30% of the time (varying by project), and flexibility is expected to accommodate key client engagement activities.

Why Join JazzX AI -

What draws people to JazzX AI is the opportunity to build something truly foundational.

We are at the beginning of a new era — one where enterprise systems will no longer be static tools, but dynamic collaborators that learn, reason, and evolve alongside the people who use them. At JazzX AI, you’ll help build a platform that redefines how work happens in the AGI era.

JazzX AI brings together vision, deep technology, and purpose. This is not about experimenting with AI features; it’s about turning the promise of AGI into practical, auditable, and human-aligned systems that enterprises can trust and rely on at scale. The work here directly impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.

If you’re motivated by building systems that matter — systems that combine intelligence with responsibility — JazzX AI offers the chance to do that work at a deeper level, with real ownership and lasting impact.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
