Principal Product Manager – AGI Integrations & Extensibility
Backed by SAI Group
Role Overview
The Principal Product Manager for Integrations & Extensibility leads the strategy and execution of the platform capabilities allowing the JazzX AGI system to operate securely, integrate with enterprise environments, and scale reliably. The role spans identity and access management, integration services, agent interoperability, data and process orchestration, and administrative tools. The focus is on clear product strategy, thoughtful prioritization, and feature delivery tied directly to customer value. The role also requires staying current with developments in AI platforms, security, integration ecosystems, and extensibility.
A key responsibility is determining when to build platform capabilities internally versus when to leverage commercial solutions to accelerate delivery, maintain stability, and reduce costs. The role works closely with engineering, research, design, security, forward-deployment teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for platform infrastructure, extensibility, and enterprise integration.
- Prioritize features across identity and access management, integration services, agent operations, data and process platform capabilities, and administrative tools.
- Make informed build-versus-buy decisions grounded in customer needs, technical feasibility, and long-term platform goals.
Identity & Access Controls
- Define product requirements for authentication, authorization, RBAC/ABAC, credential management, and policy enforcement.
- Enable secure integration with enterprise IAM systems such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth, and SAML.
- Ensure compliance, auditability, and precise permissioning across all agent and workflow operations.
Integration Platform
- Set the strategy for connecting JazzX AGI to enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, Model Context Protocol (MCP), webhooks, event streams, and SaaS applications.
- Define requirements for connectors, MCP interfaces, webhook handling, data transformation, event routing, and integration governance.
- Evaluate commercial integration platforms to accelerate connectivity and reduce operational overhead.
Agent Interoperability
- Define product requirements for managing and coordinating agents across workflows, tools, and environments.
- Ensure support for emerging interoperability protocols such as A2A (Agent-to-Agent), ACP (Agent Communication Protocol), and related standards.
- Support agent lifecycle management, sandboxing, performance monitoring, and safe operation.
Data & Process Platform
- Define product direction for data flow management and process orchestration across the platform.
- Prioritize features for workflow execution, process modeling, audit trails, and routing.
- Ensure compatibility with modern enterprise data systems including data lakes, data warehouses, lake-houses, and ETL/workflow tools.
- Align platform capabilities with enterprise data governance, lineage requirements, and integration standards.
Admin Center
- Deliver an administrative experience that simplifies platform configuration, system monitoring, tenant management, and compliance oversight.
- Provide real-time visibility into system health, usage patterns, and governance controls.
Metrics & Impact
- Quantify reliability and integration performance with clear thresholds for failure, latency, and throughput.
- Track onboarding time and configuration reduction as direct indicators of customer time-to-value.
- Use performance data to make roadmap cuts, reprioritizations, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years in technical product management, with experience in platform infrastructure, IAM, integration systems, or extensibility frameworks.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, integration ecosystems, security architectures, or workflow platforms.
- Experience weighing commercial solutions against custom development.
Technical Depth
- Understanding of IAM standards, integration architectures, workflow orchestration, and extensibility patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise APIs, eventing systems, connector frameworks, and administrative tooling.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, multitenancy, and observability.
Leadership
- Ability to drive long-term platform strategy across engineering, design, security, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Skilled at making complex infrastructure concepts accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring product managers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degrees are a plus.
