Solutions Engineer - Python Development

About JazzX AI:

Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise.

JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done.

We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself. We're changing that.

JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option.

We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes. From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries.

This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place.

  • Work closely with customer teams under the guidance of senior technical leads.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving deployed systems.
  • Learn and grow toward broader technical ownership and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Software Engineering

  • Write and maintain production-quality code across backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers.
  • Implement integrations with multiple third-party systems using RESTful APIs and service interfaces.
  • Contribute to system design discussions and follow established architectural patterns.
  • Ensure features meet quality standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Applied GenAI & Agentic Systems

  • Implement LLM-powered features such as agent workflows, reasoning steps, and tool interactions.
  • Work with prompts, tool interfaces, and control logic to support agentic behavior.
  • Help evaluate agent behavior using real-world signals such as correctness, latency, and cost.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to adopt and extend GenAI frameworks and patterns.

Customer Delivery & Collaboration

  • Support technical execution for customer POCs, pilots, and production deployments.
  • Work with customer engineering and IT teams to integrate JazzX into existing systems.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving integration, data, and system issues.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders on technical progress and issues.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (or Java / Go) with experience writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience building backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Exposure to GenAI or LLM-based systems in practical applications (e.g., agent workflows, LLM-backed services, RAG-style solutions).
  • Experience working on customer-facing or delivery-oriented engineering projects.
  • Solid understanding of software quality, testing, and operational best practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements, as needed.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in regulated or policy-heavy domains (e.g., finance, lending, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or knowledge retrieval systems.
  • Exposure to agent frameworks or orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment.

Attributes We Value

  • Hands-On Mindset: You enjoy building, debugging, and improving real systems.
  • Engineering Discipline: You care about code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Customer Awareness: You understand that real-world constraints shape good solutions.
  • Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for your work and follow through.
  • Growth Orientation: You are eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into broader responsibility.

Why Join JazzX AI -

What draws people to JazzX AI is the opportunity to build something truly foundational.

We are at the beginning of a new era — one where enterprise systems will no longer be static tools, but dynamic collaborators that learn, reason, and evolve alongside the people who use them. At JazzX AI, you’ll help build a platform that redefines how work happens in the AGI era.

JazzX AI brings together vision, deep technology, and purpose. This is not about experimenting with AI features; it’s about turning the promise of AGI into practical, auditable, and human-aligned systems that enterprises can trust and rely on at scale. The work here directly impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.

If you’re motivated by building systems that matter — systems that combine intelligence with responsibility — JazzX AI offers the chance to do that work at a deeper level, with real ownership and lasting impact.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
