Staff Fullstack Engineer

 The Role

As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer at JazzX AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and enhancing innovative, high-performance AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — AI/research engineers, software engineers, architects, product managers, and designers — to translate complex platform and product requirements into elegant, scalable, and modular AI,software, and infrastructure components.

You'll independently build end-to-end applications — from pixel-perfect frontend to robust backend services and AI agent integrations. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) and vibe coding to rapidly prototype, build, and ship production-grade features. You don’t just use AI — you build with it and build on top of it.

Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

• Drive architecture decisions for new features and services end to end
• Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable services using a cloud-first approach
• Build and ship complex, multi-service features with minimal oversight
• Mentor engineers and foster their growth and development, elevating team velocity through tooling and best practices
• Design scalable patterns for AI agent orchestration, data pipelines, and micro-frontends
• Champion DevOps and AIOps best practices for AI services, including robust monitoring and alerting strategies, observability, privacy, and security
• Lead technical planning and shape the team's AI-native development culture
• Typically 5–8+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated technical leadership

What You'll Build

AI-Powered Applications:

End-to-end products combining LLM agents, document intelligence, and knowledge graphs to automate complex enterprise workflows

Intelligent Frontends:

Rich, responsive React/TypeScript UIs with real-time streaming, document viewers, code editors, and interactive data visualizations

Backend Services:

High-performance, scalable microservices (Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or Java) with async patterns, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Celery), and robust API layers — using a cloud-first, cloud-agnostic approach

AI Agent Pipelines:

LLM orchestration using Lang Chain/Lang Graph, MCP integrations, and custom agent frameworks that reason over structured and unstructured data

Data & Search Systems:

Semantic search with pgvector embeddings, knowledge graphs (Neo4j), and intelligent document processing pipelines

Platform Infrastructure:

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, privacy, and operability across all services. Implement robust monitoring and alerting strategies

Required Skills

Full-Stack Proficiency:

Strong hands-on experience with React/TypeScript frontend AND backend development in one or more of: Python (FastAPI),Node.js, Java, Golang, or C++

AI-Native Builder:

Demonstrated ability to build applications using LLM APIs(Claude, GPT) and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code). Familiarity with modern GenAI/LLM services and AI agent frameworks like Lang Chain, LlamaIndex is highly desired

End-to-End Ownership:

Comfortable going from idea → prototype →production across UI, API, database, and deployment

Cloud-Native Mindset:

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containers, and orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus

Async & Event-Driven Patterns:

Experience with async patterns, task queues(Celery), message brokers (Kafka/Redis)

Database Fluency:

Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL), experience with ORMs(SQLAlchemy/SQLModel), and exposure to vector databases or graph databases

Modern Dev Practices:

Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, automated testing(pytest, Vitest), code review culture. Champion innovative software design patterns and advocate for best-in-class observability, security, and privacy practices

Vibe Coding Mindset:

You actively use AI to accelerate development —prompt engineering, code generation, and iterative refinement are part of your daily flow

Nice to Have

 Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience also considered

 5–8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in senior or lead engineering role

A naturally curious attitude with a proactive approach to learning, experimenting, building, and improving
