About JazzX AI:

Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise.

JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done.

We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself. We're changing that.

JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option.

We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes. From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries.

This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place.

Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager at JazzX AI owns Solutions Delivery execution across enterprise customer deployments. You will lead a team of Solution Engineers, drive structured delivery from project kick-off through go-live, and serve as the primary project owner responsible for successful project delivery, working with customer and JazzX internal teams. This role is for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity and holds a high bar on delivery outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Delivery: Own end-to-end project execution across a portfolio of enterprise deployments managing scope, timelines, milestones completion and sign-offs, and go-live readiness with precision.
  • Project Management: Build and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedule, estimates, sprint plan and updates, risk registers, and change logs across all active customer engagements. Own programme financials, manage weekly resource planning, accurate forecast submissions, resource utilisation tracking, and achievement of planned programme profitability. Support programme estimation and preparation of statements of work, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, and cost estimates.
  • Project Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, set delivery standards, manage workload, build playbooks, and create a culture of accountability and high performance. Drive adoption of AI and other productivity tools across the programme to achieve measurable gains in delivery speed and quality.
  • Escalation Management: Proactively surface risks and blockers, drive timely resolution, and manage and prevent escalations while working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication & Reporting: Establish structured programme governance with customers and maintain a regular communication cadence. Produce weekly and monthly status reports, delivery health dashboards, and steering-committee-grade artifacts for both internal leadership and customer stakeholders. Present milestone updates and risk summaries with confidence to senior audiences. Manage customer expectations proactively, including during critical situations and escalations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and build bridges between customers and internal cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into actionable inputs and ensuring alignment across all delivery phases, from requirements through UAT and go-live. Manage relationships with internal collaborators and provide programme status reporting per agreed cadence. Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners as required.
  • Customer Success & Value Realisation: Drive customer satisfaction through successful implementation and adoption of new solutions. Define and track value realisation throughout the programme lifecycle. Compile customer requests and deployment feedback to provide a structured input channel into product development.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to deal estimates, solution reviews, and proposal creation in the pre-sales cycle. Support responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Act as the central point of contact throughout the programme lifecycle. Conduct formal post-mortems and feed lessons learned, guidelines, and reusable assets back into the practice. Align with organisational requirements on quality, metrics, and delivery standards. Participate in and lead initiatives beyond programme delivery.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in Professional Services, of which 5+ years focused on project / programme management, leading delivery teams in a SaaS or technology platform environment.
  • Proven track record in programme management and delivery of digital transformation programmes — enterprise-scale, end-to-end from kick-off through production go-live, involving software, AI, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working with SaaS product companies, with strong understanding of product-led delivery models, sprint-based execution, and custom software development processes.
  • Strong technical background with experience working directly with customers and engineering teams; able to understand the impact of technical changes and articulate solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional team-building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual, near-shore, and off-shore teams in an international environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution and organisational skills; able to coordinate complex programmes, retain composure in high-pressure situations, and keep the team motivated and focused.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and an innovative mindset — able to identify issues quickly and know when to engage internal resources.
  • Excellent communicator — able to produce crisp executive-grade reporting and navigate difficult stakeholder conversations with professionalism.
  • Strong command of delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • AI-first mindset with genuine curiosity about AI capabilities; hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI tools in programme management; able to communicate AI solution value to both technical and business stakeholders.

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Travel: 15–25% travel to customer sites for key delivery milestones, kick-offs, and stakeholder reviews.

Why Join JazzX AI:

What draws people to JazzX AI is the opportunity to build something truly foundational.

We are at the beginning of a new era — one where enterprise systems will no longer be static tools, but dynamic collaborators that learn, reason, and evolve alongside the people who use them. At JazzX AI, you’ll help build a platform that redefines how work happens in the AGI era.

JazzX AI brings together vision, deep technology, and purpose. This is not about experimenting with AI features; it’s about turning the promise of AGI into practical, auditable, and human-aligned systems that enterprises can trust and rely on at scale. The work here directly impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.

If you’re motivated by building systems that matter — systems that combine intelligence with responsibility — JazzX AI offers the chance to do that work at a deeper level, with real ownership and lasting impact.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
