Warehouse Manager

岗位职责

1.负责入/出库组整体工作（员工效率、培训及管理等）；

2.客户送货预约的管理及现场调度；

3.参与卸货、验收、上架等现场作业；

4.对接客户处理入库环节所有异常反馈及沟通；

5.增值服务（如贴标及商品加工等）。

跟踪和管理库存

检查仓库，保持仓库清洁和安全

管理仓库员工

评估绩效指标，确保交付质量和具有成本效益的工作流程

任职要求

1.有仓储物流相关工作经验；

2. 双语能力（英、中）；

3.具备良好的沟通能力；

4.会熟练使用办公软件。"

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

 

 

Responsibilities：

 

Track and manage inventory

Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe

Manage warehouse staff

Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

·Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics

.Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, packaging, and dispatch of goods

·Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels

·Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures

.Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity

. Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation

.Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly

Qualifications & experience

.Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role

.Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and management best practices

.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
