Location: City of Industry, CA, or Fontana, CA
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
Job Summary:
JDL is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate is results-driven, knowledgeable about recruitment best practices, and has experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for warehouse, operational, and corporate roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the use of multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and reporting to measure recruitment performance and make data-informed recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding: Promote JDL as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading successful recruitment teams in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the logistics, supply chain, or warehouse industries is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) is preferred but not required.
