
Logistics Solutions Manager

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
Compensation may vary outside of the listed range based on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Base salary is just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered to recognize and reward employees for their contributions. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

As we expand our operations in the U.S., we are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to oversee all aspects of our American business, driving growth and operational excellence.
Job Overview
This role focuses on developing and implementing tailored logistics solutions to support business expansion in the Americas region. The Logistics Solutions Manager will work closely with customers, internal teams, and headquarters to design, deploy, and continuously enhance logistics services that meet local and international requirements. The role also plays a key part in building market intelligence and strengthening our operational capabilities in the global logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, develop customized logistics solutions tailored for the Americas, and support business development efforts in the region.
- Design end-to-end international logistics solutions for U.S.-based customers, covering areas such as overseas warehousing & distribution, domestic bonded operations, and international transportation across ocean, air, rail, and road networks.
- Conduct industry research to gather market insights and analyze competitive practices, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
- Lead customer onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and successful launch of logistics services.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve project profitability.
- Document and review key project cases, extracting lessons learned and continuously improving the company’s logistics solutions and professional expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics operations, solution design, or project management, with the ability to independently develop and implement logistics solutions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international supply chain and cross-border logistics is highly preferred.
