Logistics Sales Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sales activities: Provide support required by the sales team, including preparing sales documents, presentation materials, quotation sheets and other sales materials for sales personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries: Answer customers' questions, resolve their concerns, and provide the sales team with the necessary information to assist them in sales communication with customers.
- Business data analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, analyze the overall national business situation and give warnings, prepare sales reports and sales trend analysis, and provide the sales team with information on sales performance and market trends.
- Sales support system management: Manage the sales support system (such as the customer relationship management system), ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, and assist the sales team in using the system to improve sales efficiency.Sales quotation and contract management: Assist the sales team in formulating sales quotations and contracts, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics and supply chain and other related majors.
- Be able to use Japanese and Mandarin as working language.
- Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT, and sensitive to data.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
