Customer Service Specialist

[Job Description]
- Solve customer's pre-sale and after-sale questions through different channels.
- Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
[Job Requirements]
- Dutch level: C1+.
- English Level: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Proficient in the use of Office software.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to speak German/French is an advantage.
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
