[Job Description]

  1. Solve customer's pre-sale and after-sale questions through different channels.
  2. Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

 

[Job Requirements]

  1. Dutch level: C1+.
  2. English Level: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  4. Proficient in the use of Office software.
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. Ability to speak German/French is an advantage.
  8. Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
