Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter – Warehouse Hiring

Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Entry-Level Recruiter to support our high-volume hiring needs for warehouse operations in Edgewater Park, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruiting or HR. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and onboarding talent to keep our fast-paced warehouse fully staffed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.).

  • Post and manage job ads on job boards, social media, and hiring platforms.

  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates daily.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and new hire orientations.

  • Maintain candidate tracking and hiring reports using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.

  • Partner with warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and shift demands.

  • Attend job fairs and local hiring events as needed.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or a related field.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and walking the floor regularly.

  • Strong communication and organization skills.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak hiring times.

  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, and scheduling tools).

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
