
HR Recruiter
Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter – Warehouse Hiring
Location: Edgewater Park, NJ
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Entry-Level Recruiter to support our high-volume hiring needs for warehouse operations in Edgewater Park, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruiting or HR. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and onboarding talent to keep our fast-paced warehouse fully staffed.
Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.).

Post and manage job ads on job boards, social media, and hiring platforms.

Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates daily.

Coordinate and schedule interviews and new hire orientations.

Maintain candidate tracking and hiring reports using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.

Partner with warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and shift demands.

Attend job fairs and local hiring events as needed.

Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements

0–1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or a related field.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and walking the floor regularly.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak hiring times.

Basic computer skills (email, Excel, and scheduling tools).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
