The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Area Delivery Manager to lead and scale our last-mile delivery operations across the Benelux region. This is a critical multi-site leadership position, responsible for overseeing multiple delivery stations, driving regional performance, and ensuring world-class operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple delivery stations within the Benelux region.
Lead, inspire, and manage station managers and their teams to deliver on operational targets.
Develop and implement regional strategies to improve delivery efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards across all sites.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration.
Coordinate with transport, HR, tech, and customer service functions to support regional operations.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance development for key operational roles.
Serve as the key point of contact for regional stakeholders and escalate key issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, including multi-site management.
Proven track record in leading large, diverse teams across geographies.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and logistics software.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
Flexibility to travel within the Benelux region regularly.

Preferred Experience

Background in e-commerce, courier, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Experience with last-mile delivery and routing optimization platforms.
Familiarity with regional logistics compliance and labor regulations.
