With our expanding operations across Europe, we are strengthening our Rotterdam warehouse team with a dedicated Inventory Supervisor.


The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and production-related inventory processes at our Rotterdam site. You will be accountable for managing stock movements, cycle counts, and system accuracy while leading a team of inventory control specialists.

This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement in a high-volume warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

  • Lead and develop a team of inventory coordinators and operatives.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records in the WMS system.

  • Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Monitor inventory KPIs and reporting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Quality Control teams to optimize stock flow and location accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory handling procedures.

  • Support physical inventory audits and prepare documentation as needed.

  • Train staff on inventory best practices and system usage.


What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or stock operations.

  • Proven leadership ability in managing teams within a warehouse or production environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with WMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evening shifts if necessary.


Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or high-volume warehouse operations.

  • Knowledge of lean inventory principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • English fluency; Chinese is highly preferred.
