The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Installation Operations Supervisor to lead our installation team in Rotterdam. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end installation process, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and on-site execution of installation services.

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of installation technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes.

  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, and materials) to meet project deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Conduct regular quality checks and post-installation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards.

  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., installation time, first-time fix rate, customer feedback) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, during all installation activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of installations, inventory, and service reports.

  • Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in installation operations, field service management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; customer-centric mindset.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with installation tools, equipment, and software (e.g., field service management systems).

  • Mindset: Results-driven, adaptable, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

  • Language: Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Desirable Experience

  • Background in furniture, appliances, or technology installations.

  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Experience with IoT or smart home installations.
