The Role

We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our Tilburg distribution center. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing warehouse processes, optimizing inventory flow, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.

• Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet fluctuating operational demands.

• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, throughput, inventory accuracy) and implement improvements to drive efficiency.

• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.

• Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.

• Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.

• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to optimize inventory control and space utilization.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field, ideally in a supervisory role.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English (Chinese highly preferred for cross-team collaboration).

• Mindset: Results-oriented with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.

Desirable Experience:

• Background in e-commerce, retail logistics, or high-volume distribution centers.

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience with automation or robotics in warehouse operations.
