As a Senior Trade
Manager you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance through the effective planning and execution of promotional campaigns. This position ensures alignment across , merchandising, and operations, focusing on planning, supplier coordination, and trade activation. The role supports category growth by analysing promotional effectiveness, managing timelines, and ensuring in-market execution integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign and promotional planning cycles, ensuring timely alignment with and category teams.
- Coordinate supplier engagement, product nomination, and planning based on commercial targets.
- Drive cross-functional sign-off processes and ensure accuracy of promotional plans and volumes.
- Partner with operations to ensure products are available, sellable, and correctly priced online.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and checks to measure effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Promotion effectiveness gate keeper, understand incrementality and safeguard our investment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade planning, merchandising, or category management for at least five years.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability across functions.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing negotiations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and results.
- Strong resilliance and culturally open mind
