Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at J Sol, a 326 unit, high-rise ascending 22-stories above Ballston in Arlington, VA. The role involves ensuring the upkeep and functionality of apartment facilities, contributing significantly to resident satisfaction and the overall property condition.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across the property.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.

Required skills:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Certification in HVAC or other relevant trade is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
