Combine that with product expertise, geographic knowledge, and deep market intelligence and you get the right policy every time, regardless of the coverage or complexity. The Account Executive supports the effort to build relationships with clients and maintain a high level of responsiveness. This person will work a hybrid schedule in our Alpharetta, GA office.

Responsibilities: 

• Process policy documents, such as binders, endorsements, certificates, and cancels/reinstatements
• Follow up with markets over the phone or in writing for policies, endorsements, and cancels/reinstatements
• Confirm that transactions are checked for accuracy
• See that all surplus lines transactions meet compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain, at a minimum, a basic understanding of the products offered by production teams
• Actively improve skills and knowledge through communication with others as well as formal education courses
• Assist in invoicing and resolving any accounting issues as needed

Requirements: 

• Preferred experience in some insurance exposures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills  

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
