Client Relations Representative - Insurance - Remote

We manage a portfolio of dynamic programs, including US Hole In One (hole in one insurance), Eventsured (event liability and cancellation insurance), and Interactive Promotions Group (sports contest and prize insurance). Ideal Candidate will work Remotely in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

Position Overview:

The Client Relations Representative will play a key role in supporting our Program Managers by ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. This role involves direct interaction with clients via phone and email, assisting them with inquiries, managing their accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver our services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the first representative fielding calls and helping clients with their insurance needs under US Hole In One, Eventsured, Interactive Promotions Group, and any future programs. Educate clients on the specifics of their insurance programs, including coverage details, exclusions, and claim processes. Address questions, provide policy information, and guide clients through the insurance application process.
  • Account Management: Assist in maintaining accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage.
  • Coordination with Program Managers: Collaborate closely with Program Managers to ensure seamless service delivery, helping to manage client expectations and support program implementation.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to Program Managers or other departments when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, ideally within the insurance or sports/event industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Open to learning new computer software applications.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
