  • Drive store performance by achieving monthly and annual sales goals while ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
  • Develop Store Managers and store teams while building succession plans and cultivating a strong leadership bench across the market.
  • Partner closely with Store Managers to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies using key performance indicators and reporting.
  • Hold leaders and teams accountable through consistent coaching, performance management, and a business growth mindset.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous development by providing timely feedback, celebrating wins, and creating clear action plans that drive individual, store, and market performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits, business reviews, and one-on-one touchbases with Store Managers to support business performance, leadership development, and execution.
  • Coach from the sales floor, working alongside teams to identify opportunities within selling behaviors, client engagement, product knowledge, conversion, clienteling, and overall store performance.
  • Lead the execution of company initiatives, product launches, operational updates, and training while ensuring consistent execution across all stores within the market.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand standards, storytelling, and visual consistency throughout the market.
  • Conduct routine store audits and provide coaching to elevate visual presentation, operational execution, inventory management, and the overall client experience.
  • Take an active role in onboarding, developing, and mentoring new Store Managers and field leaders to ensure long-term success.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, coaching documentation, performance management, corrective action, and talent development.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through recruiting, networking, succession planning, and internal talent development to support current and future business needs across the market.
  • Support new store openings and pop-up activations by ensuring teams are prepared through hiring, training, merchandising, operational readiness, and successful market launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each local market and partner with Store Managers to drive community engagement, local partnerships, client events, and networking opportunities that increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Champion an elevated client experience by identifying opportunities to strengthen client engagement, retention, loyalty, and high-value client relationships across the market.
  • Leverage the unique Los Angeles market to identify opportunities for local partnerships, brand-building moments, events, and relationships that drive traffic and introduce new clients to Jenni Kayne.
  • Communicate regularly with senior Retail leadership regarding business performance, talent, field insights, and opportunities within the market.
  • Own the overall health and performance of the Los Angeles market, leading with an entrepreneurial mindset while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
