With this in mind, we’re currently seeking an experienced Product Manager who can challenge our existing vision, bring innovative ideas, and most importantly, execute these ideas with a rigorous approach to analytics and qualitative customer research.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate existing subsystems to discover and prioritize opportunities for improvement based on business impact, customer value, and product vision.
  • Create clear comprehensive functional design descriptions based on the collected insights in collaboration with UX and engineering teams.
  • Define key metrics and monitor product adoption, user engagement, and feature impact.
  • Drive the timely delivery of features, ensuring a high-quality, positive user experience.
  • Maintain the product roadmap.
  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape and market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to help define product positioning, create launch plans, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption of YouTrack.
  • Champion YouTrack internally and externally by acting as a product evangelist and delivering demos or presentations at events, webinars, customer meetings, etc.
  • Act as a collaborator and mentor within the product team, help set best practices for product management, share your knowledge, and raise the bar for the product.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management for B2B products.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
  • A strong track record of owning a product (or major product area) throughout the entire life cycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to get insights from usage, analytics, and user feedback and incorporate them into product decisions.
  • The ability to balance technical complexity, usability, and business needs in prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Experience in engaging with customers (user interviews and feedback sessions), building empathy with their workflows and challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as the ability to present clearly to both technical and business audiences.

We’d be especially thrilled if you have:

  • Some level of written and spoken German.
  • A technical background in software development.

We can offer you:

  • Impact: You’ll work on a product used by thousands of teams globally and help shape its future.
  • Autonomy: You’ll steer the product roadmap, make meaningful decisions, and directly influence product success.
  • Team: You’ll collaborate with passionate, experienced professionals in a high-trust, creative environment.
  • Growth: You’ll learn from peers and mentors and build further product-leadership capabilities.
