POSITION SUMMARY:

To keep track of the product as it comes over on the carts from Production, and to return the empty carts to Production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

At ALL times, all Safety and GMP training must be followed.
Gather the cart and non-cart count sheets for the day from the distribution office.
Confirm that all amounts are accurate.
Ensure that all products are staged and counted properly.
Place counted product on the trolley transport system.
Ensure that any inbound carts are removed from the trolley system.
Remove and place pins in the proper receptacle.
Inform loaders where and when to place the product and empty the Cambro and bakery carts.
Inform the supervisor and/or foreman immediately about any miscounts.
Turn all paperwork in at the EOD.
