About the role:

As our Food Preparation Staff Member, you will be a part of our big JOE & THE JUICE team in our most successful bars. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for our juice, sandwiches and much more. In the process, you will have a great responsibility for controlling the stores' gross profit as well as compliance regarding our hygiene procedures.

Job description

Key responsibilities:

Having an overview of how much should be prepped for our store on a day-to-day basis
Being the key responsible of ensuring that all food items are prepared on a day-to-day basis
Rotating stock according to established procedures (FIFO)
Keeping the kitchen environment clean and tidy
Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules

Qualifications:

· Working night shifts

· Relevant practical experience from a similar job
