- 6-10 years' relevant experience
- Deep expertise in organizational transformation & change leadership
- Proven ability to drive large-scale performance improvement
- Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Candidates Possess:
- Experience delivering complex projects for FTSE 250/Global 2000 organizations
- Background in professional services or management consulting
- Capital program transformation experience
- Board-level advisory capability
Your Role Will Involve:
- Coaching C-suite and senior leadership teams
- Facilitating high-stakes workshops (25-50 participants)
- Leading £500K+ transformation engagements
- Bridging strategic vision with operational execution
Core Requirements:
- Exceptional commercial and business acumen
- Management consulting pedigree (sector specialization preferred)
- Mastery in navigating global matrix organizations
- Established C-level advisory credibility
- Programme leadership expertise
- Track record of multi-year client partnerships
- Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change
- Strategic relationship cultivation skills
- Entrepreneurial yet collaborative mindset
- Expert large-group facilitation abilities
