What You’ll Do 

As our Enterprise Account Executive you’ll be a part of the Enterprise Sales team reporting to the Head of Sales. In this role, you will be working with our team to evangelize JobGet and break into talent acquisition teams at fortune 1000 companies and other companies that require high-volume hiring. You will be a trusted advisor and expert in all aspects of talent acquisition for the Everyday workforce. 

As an Account Executive, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to open relationships with enterprise clients who are not using JobGet and may never have heard of us, while working in a fast-paced environment. We are a small team that is continuously evolving our sales processes, so we are looking for someone who is a self-starter that wants to take ownership throughout the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting
    • Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
    • Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking. You will be expected to help penetrate targeted and strategic accounts with high-quality activity.
    • Conduct research to understand clients' business needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet those specific requirements.
  • Strategy forecasting
    • Take ownership of developing and implementing strategic forecasting initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Research industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales approaches.
  • Pipeline management
    • Lead the end-to-end management of the sales pipeline, ensuring an efficient process from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Collaborate with our sales operations team to implement best practices for pipeline tracking, reporting, and analysis to optimize conversion rates and identify potential bottlenecks.
    • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, update client information, and monitor sales metrics.
  • Systems deal development
    • Oversee the development of systems deals, including negotiating terms, pricing, and contract agreements with enterprise clients.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Forecast/pipeline build-out
    • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative in building out accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
    • Leverage data-driven insights and market knowledge to independently identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
    • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to leadership, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Who You Are 

  • You are a hunter. While you may have existing relationships and can take a prospect through a sales cycle, you’re also experienced at identifying the right companies and people at those companies to reach out to.
  • You can thoughtfully craft messages incentivizing the ideal profiles to take meetings with you. 
  • You are extremely motivated to set meetings and have no problem sending emails, cold calling, using linkedin, etc to evangelize the JobGet product and value prop. 
  • You can empathize well with our buyers. You understand TATech buyers and the challenges they face that are unique to their role, but can also navigate conversations to understand pain points unique to the individual and their company. 
  • You have a need to win.  You have a drive that makes you want and need to make the sale. You take your success personally and strive to be the top-performing salesperson in whatever organization you are a part of. 
  • Your empathy, coupled with your intense drive to win, enables you to understand the client effectively to make the sale.

  • You have pay for performance media sales experience or exposure, preferably in HR, and passionately cultivate those relationships
  • You know your way around a CRM/Sales Tech Stack
  • You have a proven track record of sustainable quota achievement; outside sales or inside sales
  • You operate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are an excellent communicator and enjoy collaboration
  • You lead with compassion.  Whether it's a teammate, partner, or client, you walk in others' shoes and demonstrate empathy and understanding.
