SEO Product Manager - fully remote (m/f/d)

Your Role:
We're seeking an experienced SEO Product Manager to drive organic growth across our platform serving millions of job seekers globally. You'll own the technical SEO product strategy, working at the intersection of product development, engineering, and growth to build scalable systems that enhance our search visibility and user acquisition. 

This is a high-impact role where you'll architect solutions for large-scale SEO challenges, lead cross-functional initiatives, and directly influence how millions of users discover JobLeads through organic search. 


What You'll Be Doing:
 

  • Drive Technical SEO Product Strategy 
  • Own the end-to-end technical SEO product roadmap, from ideation through design to implementation and iteration 
  • Design and guide implementation of high-scale services supporting organic search growth, including internal linking systems, automated content generation and optimization, taxonomy management, indexability lifecycle, etc. 
  • Develop products for managing and optimizing millions of indexed URLs across multiple markets and languages 
  • Lead Cross-Functional SEO Initiatives 
  • Partner with engineering teams and designers to integrate SEO requirements into the development cycle 
  • Collaborate with data, BI, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives 
  • Work with BI and data engineering to build SEO monitoring and reporting infrastructure 
  • Collaborate on adjacent initiatives impacting the organic search channel 
  • Champion Experimentation & Innovation 
  • Design and execute large-scale SEO experiments 
  • Leverage AI and automation to scale SEO processes and discover new growth opportunities 
  • Build PoC systems for rapid iteration and continuous experimentation for SEO 
  • Provide Technical Leadership 
  • Translate complex technical SEO requirements into clear product specifications 
  • Guide architectural decisions to ensure SEO scalability and performance 
  • Educate and enable teams across the organization to contribute to the organic search success 
  • Measure & Optimize Performance 
  • Define and track key SEO metrics including organic traffic, indexation rates, and search visibility 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy 
  • Build data-driven business cases for SEO initiatives and communicate impact to stakeholders 


What You'll Need:
 

  • Extensive experience with websites managing 1M+ indexed URLs, including crawl budget optimization, indexation management, and large-scale site architecture 
  • 5+ years of technical SEO experience with proven results in driving organic growth 
  • Solid technical foundations in web development - proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of modern web frameworks 
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing and executing SEO tests at scale 
  • Experience designing and implementing high-scale services supporting organic search growth (e.g., internal linking systems, automated sitemap generation, dynamic rendering solutions) 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences 
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms 
  • Product management experience with ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort 


Nice If You Have:
 

  • Automation and AI implementation experience for scaling SEO processes 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership 
  • Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites 
  • Background in B2C platforms with high content velocity 
  • Familiarity with job board or marketplace SEO challenges
