Your Role:
We’re seeking a Growth Product Manager focused on Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships to own and scale these key acquisition channels. You'll build products and features that maximize ROI at scale while creating great experiences for both partners and users.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build features for affiliate user journeys that increase conversion rates and maintain consistent user experience across different traffic sources
  • Design and build systems to enhance our visibility and performance on affiliate partner properties
  • Co-create scalable product solutions with affiliate partners that enhance their monetization while increasing qualified traffic for JobLeads within target CAC through product improvements and optimization
  • Help convert affiliate traffic into paying users by building conversion-optimized flows and personalized experiences
  • Collaborate with CRO and Affiliate Managers, engineering teams, and design to deliver high-impact improvements
  • Build affiliate traffic reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners
  • Optimize affiliate spend by building internal products that help affiliate managers make data-driven decisions
  • Uncover potential growth levers through discovery
  • Validate growth hypotheses through rapid experimentation with affiliate mechanics, pricing, and user journeys
  • Together with affiliate managers, identify new partner segments and conceptualize products to serve them


What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with demonstrable impact on business metrics
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing practices including commission structures, marketing KPIs like CPC, CPA, CAC etc., network dynamics, and partner management
  • Deep understanding of tracking and attribution including pixels, postbacks, cookies, and server-to-server tracking
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies
  • Technical fluency to work with engineering on API integrations and tracking implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to balance partner needs with business objectives
  • Experience with XML feed management and product catalogs


Nice to Have:

  • Previous affiliate management experience with hands-on campaign execution
  • Experience working with major affiliate networks (CJ, ShareASale, Impact, etc.)
  • Knowledge of affiliate compliance requirements and disclosure regulations
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks including tag managers and attribution platforms
  • Background in performance marketing beyond just affiliate
  • Data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and web analytics tools
