Sales Development Representative

Mission
Be the spark that starts the fire. As an SDR at JobNimbus, you are the driving force behind our sales pipeline, the first voice contractors hear, and the reason our Account Executives get to do what they do best. You'll connect with roofing and contracting businesses, uncover what's slowing them down, and show them how JobNimbus can change the game for them. Speed, grit, and genuine curiosity are your best tools on this quest.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting (calls, texts, email, LinkedIn) into contractors and roofing businesses
- Move fast on inbound interest, qualify leads quickly, and book high-quality demos before the window closes
- Own discovery by asking sharp questions to uncover pain points and determine fit
- Set Account Executives up to win with clean context, strong qualification, and seamless handoffs
- Hit your daily activity targets consistently, including dials, texts, and pipeline goals
- Test and refine your messaging, study your conversion rates, and always be optimizing
- Keep your CRM clean and disciplined so pipeline tracking is accurate and visible

Your First 180 Days
Within your first 30 days, you will get deep on the JobNimbus product, learn the CRM inside and out, and begin reaching out to warm leads. By 90 days, you will have a sharp understanding of contractor pain points, be consistently hitting your monthly goals, and have your sights set on Diamond Club. By 180 days, you will be a trusted partner to the sales team, contributing insights that make the whole machine run better, and handling objections like a seasoned pro.
