Director of Product Marketing

Lehi, Utah

We are obsessed with the hero's journey at JobNimbus. Every person has a hero's journey. Hermione Granger, James T. Kirk, Frodo Baggins, Anna & Elsa, Nacho Libre, and even YOU! This is our "call to adventure" to come check out JobNimbus. What do you have to lose? You might make a few new friends, learn about a sick new company doing some amazing things, and maybe you'll even land a new job!

Mission

The Director of Product Marketing empowers contractors to become heroes by making sure they understand, adopt, and get the most value from everything JobNimbus offers. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll own how we tell our story, from positioning and messaging to product launches, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle programs. You'll lead a team of product and lifecycle marketers and serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, CX, Marketing, and the voice of the customer. You'll help increase win rates, drive adoption, reduce churn, and build a growth engine that pushes Net Revenue Retention past 110%.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, informed by market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Own end-to-end GTM for major product launches, from market insight and positioning through enablement, adoption, and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with Sales and CS leadership to sharpen how we communicate value, overseeing sales collateral, competitive intelligence, and GTM assets.
  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion, building adoption programs and campaigns across product updates, in-app messaging, and email.
  • Use AI and automation to sharpen segmentation, personalize at scale, and surface customer insights.
  • Lead and develop a team of product and lifecycle marketers, and build the frameworks and playbooks that let the team scale.
  • Define and track KPIs across launch performance, adoption, pipeline influence, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Serve as the senior product marketing voice in strategic planning, building feedback loops so customer insights shape roadmap and GTM decisions.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job

  • 8+ years in B2B vertical SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven success improving win rates, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Strong leadership experience as a coach and mentor who builds high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, customer communications, advocacy, and expansion campaigns.
  • Highly analytical and AI-fluent, comfortable in dashboards, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to influence executives and partner with cross-functional leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including building and delivering presentations that drive decisions.
  • Experience with MarTech across CRM, AI, and in-app tools (e.g., HubSpot, Claude, Pendo).
  • Bonus: familiarity with the home services industry, from SMB to Enterprise.

Superpowers

  • Customer Obsession. Every message, launch, and campaign starts with the contractor. You dig into research, talk to customers, and make sure their voice shapes how we build, position, and sell JobNimbus.
  • Extreme Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the launch. If a feature isn't getting adopted or a campaign isn't moving NRR, you're the first to notice, dig in, and adjust.
  • Self Awareness. You know what's working and what isn't, for yourself and your team. You seek feedback, learn from every launch, and turn lessons into a sharper playbook.
  • Proactive Learning. You stay ahead of the market, our competitors, and the latest in AI and MarTech. The deeper you understand contractors and the industry, the better you can tell our story.
  • Team Commitment. Great product marketing is a team sport. You collaborate across Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing, following the Bowtie Model, so every stage of the customer journey drives adoption, retention, and growth.
