As technology specialists, we: 

• Provide knowledgeable resources who can implement, configure, and support the major platforms used by our clients 

• Help clients define and implement their future state technology architecture including data integration, data modelling and BI/reporting 

• Assist clients with their journey to the next generation of cloud-based architecture 

• Help clients with bespoke development that complements their core application architecture 

• Provide knowledgeable and client-focused support for client’s major applications, including upgrades, migrations and business-as-usual issue management 

• Form a range of partnerships with key technology vendors to position us as a preferred implementation partner for major business applications 

 

Salesforce Solution Architects will: 

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with industry best practices 

• Oversee the configuration of standard Salesforce features and the development of custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow 

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (such as portfolio management systems, data lakes, and reporting tools) using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware 

• Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards, designing scalable role-based access controls (RBAC) and data-sharing models within Salesforce 

• Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver user-centric solutions 

• Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices, mentoring junior consultants and developers to enhance Salesforce capabilities within the firm 

• Optimize CRM workflows by implementing automation using Salesforce Flows, AI-driven insights, and predictive analytics 

• Lead end-to-end testing, UAT support, and deployment strategies using CI/CD tools 

• Support Alpha’s internal IP with Salesforce proposition and accelerator development, improving the Alpha’s ability to take Salesforce solutions to market and improve our efficiency in client delivery 

Role Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation, preferably within Asset & Wealth Management 

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales & Service Cloud, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem 

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder 

• Proven experience with API integration, ETL tools, and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Boom 

• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI-driven insights, and Einstein Analytics is a plus 

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments 

• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills 

• Entrepreneurial approach 

• Proven experience in building and delivering solutions in Financial Services 

• Outstanding demonstrated verbal and written communication

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $150,000 and $185,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, employees would be eligible for both variable and non-variable benefits.
