Role Overview


As a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, you will lead the
design and implementation of AEM (Sites/Assets) and AEP-based solutions across our
client portfolio. You will own the end-to-end technical architecture across content, data,
and personalization layers, translating business goals into scalable digital experience
platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and best practices
  • Oversee AEM implementation including site structure, editable templates, Core Components, workflows, and headless/hybrid delivery model
  • Define architectural patterns and data model requirements for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring XDM schemas, identity stitching, and activation flows are aligned with business need
  • Define integration architecture across AEM, AEP, and enterprise systems such as CRM, data platforms, and analytics, including identity stitching and audience activation flows
  • Guide development teams on Adobe Cloud Manager setup, dispatcher configuration, and CI/CD automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape MVP delivery plans and provide architectural guardrails across workstreams
  • Mentor junior team members and share Adobe best practices across the technology consulting team


Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM and AEP
  • Deep expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service, including editable templates, Core Components, Sling Models, and workflows
  • Familiarity with AEP configuration concepts, including XDM schemas, Real-Time Customer Profile, segment activation, and destinations
  • Strong understanding of integration approaches across CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), CDP (e.g., Snowflake), and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, dispatcher configuration, and CI/CD best practices
  • Understanding of consent and preference management within regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in consulting or enterprise delivery contexts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
