Alpha Alternatives, a part of Alpha Group, is a fast-growing global consulting firm, focused on
leading digital and operational transformation projects for the alternative investment industry
(consisting of private equity, real estate, private credit, and infrastructure). We are known for our
expertise, innovation, and commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Our people work side by side with our clients to help them identify, address, and resolve the key
operational and technology challenges within alternative investments and financial services
firms. We often find that some of the best innovation comes from within and our role is to help
empower client teams to drive the change that is required. Collaborating and supporting our
clients are the key attributes we look for in our consultants as well as professionals who have
experienced the challenges and enabling technologies firsthand.
Rapidly growing private investment firms and asset owners engage Alpha Alternatives to assess
their operations, provide recommendations on technology and process improvements that will
enable their firms to scale, and execute on transformation initiatives to realize the benefits.
While Alpha Alternatives has an established relationship with many leading clients in our target
market, there is a significant opportunity to further expand our footprint. As a result, Alpha
Alternatives is hiring Senior Managers to join the Credit team to enable us to capitalize on this
growth opportunity.
The Role
Alpha Alternatives is seeking a Senior Manager to support the growth of our alternative credit
client segment by leading advisory, target operating model and roadmap definition
engagements; and supporting our Partners with client facing business development activities.
You will lead engagements to help investors in syndicated loans, direct lending, and asset
backed debt define an optimal technology and operations future state and bring it to fruition. In
parallel you will play a critical role in driving forward internal initiatives to grow Alpha’s ability to
meet our alternative credit clients’ needs through a differentiated range of high-quality consulting
capabilities. You will have the opportunity to learn at first hand from the senior leaders in our
business, and in so doing build the skillset for accelerated progression to Director.
You will lead client engagement teams focused on supporting our clients in defining their
technology and operational strategy, and implementing our recommendations in some of the
industry’s most complex and exciting transformation programs. You will be responsible for
managing workstreams including current state / future state analysis, strategic design, initiative
prioritization, sequencing, roadmapping and a phased approach to delivery. Through that
journey it will be important for you to build strong client relationships based on trust and domain
experience. As you build knowledge and experience, you'll become a credible advisor to junior
consultants within the organization, as well as your clients, helping them accelerate the delivery
of products and services to their users. As Alpha Alternatives maintains its position as a leader
in Private Markets technology and operations consulting, your ability to stay at the forefront of
innovative solutions will be critical.
Alpha is an equal opportunities employer and the Group’s policy is to ensure that all
employees, or those seeking employment, are treated fairly. All decisions relating to
recruitment, selection and promotion are made objectively regardless of race,
ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, political opinion, age,
