Role Overview
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformations. You will leverage Pigment to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
You’ll lead or support delivery teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and help build the Pigment delivery capability within the EPM practice—bringing tailored solutions to the financial services and alternative investments sectors.
What You'll Do / Keys to Success:
- 2–3 Years of Experience in Finance or Financial Services
- Especially in FP&A, financial modeling, or business performance analysis.
- Understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting cycles, etc.
- Demonstrated Analytical and Modeling Skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets modeling.
- Experience with tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Power BI, or even SQL is a strong plus.
- Experience with Pigment a major plus with consideration for a higher level role.
- Quick Learner with a Technical Aptitude
- Proven ability to self-learn or adapt to new platforms/technologies.
- May have examples like self-taught Excel macros, SQL, Python, or similar.
- Strong Business Acumen and Communication
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and translate them into models or dashboards.

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $70,000 – $115,000 USD for US-based hires and $70,000 – $120,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
