Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and people leaders while owning critical programs across leadership development, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

This role requires strong judgment, business acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with people leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, performance, and talent decisions.
- In partnership with the VP, Talent Management, build, design and lead company-wide performance management practices, including leadership development, goal setting, feedback, calibration, talent reviews, and accountability.
- Coach leaders through complex employee relations, performance, team dynamics, organizational change, and difficult people decisions.
- Develop scalable HRBP frameworks, tools, and operating rhythms that improve consistency, clarity, and manager ownership across the organization.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on organizational design, succession planning, internal mobility, and critical talent needs.
- Use people data, business metrics, and employee insights to identify organizational risks, recommend solutions, and measure the impact of people initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional people initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner in a start-up healthcare organization designing and leading new programs.
- Demonstrated success building Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Performance Management programs from the ground up.
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations, performance management, investigations, and organizational change.
- Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced evolving, or transformation-stage organizations where structure and processes are still being built.
- Strong business and organizational acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to company goals and operating performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, challenge constructively, and drive accountability without relying solely on formal authority.
- Experienced working with Lattice as a performance management system and identifying/leading L&D systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience supporting healthcare, healthcare technology, technology-enabled services, or another fast-growing professional environment.
- Experience with organizational design, succession planning, talent calibration, and leadership assessment.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, coaching, change management, or related professional certification.
- Entrepreneurial DNA: A 'builder' mentality with the ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments where processes may not be fully fleshed out.
