đź§­ Role Overview:

The Jobstream Director, Client Solutions– New Product Launch plays a pivotal role in driving the operational execution and client coordination for Jobstream’s latest product initiative. In this role, your main objective is to provide an exceptional client experience for both pilot clients, future clients, and internal stakeholders. In true start-up form, you will wear many hats, and use creative and proactive problem solving to successfully meet launch deadlines, turn client feedback into action, and ensure that roadblock is dismantled with the best path forward. This individual will help ensure the successful internal rollout of a new offering by aligning cross-functional partners, streamlining process handoffs, and maintaining project momentum through detailed tracking and internal communication.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings fast-paced, build for the client culture, implementing and learning about responsible AI into every workflow, and evolving environments and is passionate about product enablement, internal alignment, and operational excellence.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, and ensure a stellar client onboarding experience. Your success will be measured on client satisfaction, speed of delivery, and growing each account.
  • Serve as a project coordinator for the new product launch, supporting timeline tracking, task management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain updated documentation of launch plans, internal workflows, FAQs, and training materials in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Partner closely with the Jobstream team to translate customer-facing launch details into internal enablement actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution against milestones.
  • Own internal communications related to the launch (Slack threads, project updates, documentation, summaries and materials).
  • Identify risks or blockers to project progress and proactively propose solutions or escalations.
  • Support internal beta testing feedback loops and launch-readiness checklists.
  • Anticipate growth and help identify alternative use-cases for the data at hand and how we can effectively innovate products for the Hire Innovations customers.

đź’ˇ Skills & Qualifications:

Required: Experimentation and self-motivated aptitude for testing responsible AI, and using the most modern AI advancements in process, and to serve our customers so that you can focus on the more human high-touch objectives. 5 years experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, or product enablement roles (SaaS or marketplace experience a plus)

Exceptional client narrative and storytelling abilities, designing and articulating presentations to clients, new customers, and internal stakeholders or partners. Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and documentation hygiene

Familiarity with tools like: Email Marketing Platforms, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and moreIndustry Experience: HR Tech, venture backed start-ups, AI, Software and technology

Bonus: Experience working on product rollouts or leading companies finding product market fit through customer adoption
