We are looking for a friendly, patient Part-Time Support Specialist to help our customers by phone, email and chat. This is a fully remote role.

What you will do

Answer customer questions by phone, email and live chat
Troubleshoot account and login issues
Escalate technical problems to the engineering team

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ year of customer service experience
Able to type at least 40 words per minute
Available to work at least 20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
Quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection

Schedule

20 to 29 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 8am and 10pm Eastern. Apply today.
