We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to help our Canadian customers get the most from our platform. This role is 100% remote anywhere in Canada.

What you’ll do

• Own a book of 40–60 customer accounts
• Run onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews
• Spot renewal and upsell opportunities
• Work with Support and Product on customer feedback

What you bring

• 3+ years in customer success or account management
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)

Compensation

CAD $70,000 – $85,000 per year plus bonus. Apply today.
