Test job for Greenhouse import testing (Job L: custom Salary Range is hourly $30–$40 but the pay transparency range is yearly $62,000–$83,000).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our accounting team. You’ll keep our vendor and invoice records accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts and vendor details into our accounting system
• Reconcile entries against source documents
• Flag duplicates and discrepancies for review
• Maintain organized digital filing

Requirements

• 1+ year of data entry or bookkeeping experience
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel
