Northwind Cloud® is a fast-growing software company — trusted by 4,000+ customers in 38 countries. We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our Dallas sales team. You’ll sell our “all-in-one” platform to mid-market companies & help them modernize how they hire.
A day in the life
- Run discovery calls and product demos for inbound and outbound leads
- Build multi-threaded deals with HR, IT and Finance stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, terms & renewals (typical deal size: $25k–$120k ACV)
- Forecast accurately in Salesforce and keep your pipeline clean
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success
- Represent us at 2–3 industry events per quarter (travel up to 15%)
Your first 90 days
- Days 1–30: product certification, shadow 10+ calls, learn our sales methodology
- Days 31–60: run your own demos, start building pipeline
- Days 61–90: close your first deals and reach 50% of quota
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota (≥100% in 4 of the last 6 quarters)
- Excellent written & verbal communication — fluent English; Spanish is a plus (¡ayúdanos a crecer!)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Comfort with CRM tools, e-mail sequencing and video calls
