We seek a highly skilled Growth Product Manager with expert knowledge in Webflow to lead our digital initiatives. 

About the Role:

The Growth Product Manager will oversee all of our digital presence and establish a cutting-edge new platform in the personal injury sector. This role requires a visionary approach to digital product management, combining strong technical skills with acute business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the firm’s digital products, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs. 
• Tech Stack Expertise: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Webflow, evaluating and optimizing our digital platforms for performance, scalability, and security 
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user value. 
• UX/UI Design: Oversee the design and implementation of compelling, intuitive user interfaces and experiences across all digital platforms. 
• AB Testing and Optimization: Lead AB testing strategies for landing pages and other key conversion points to continuously improve performance. 
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the website architecture and features support SEO, content marketing, and other activities. 
• Market Research: Perform thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our digital presence meets the highest standards. 
• Documentation: Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) that guide development efforts. 
• CRM Integration: Facilitate the integration of CRM systems into digital workflows to enhance marketing automation and client relationship management. 
• Leadership and Team Direction: Provide leadership and set strategic direction for the development team, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing websites.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies, platforms, and best practices. Experience with CRM integration, UX/UI design, and AB testing tools. 
• Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to develop strategic product plans that integrate into company goals. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and user feedback to inform product development strategies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
