Marketing Operations Manager

Paradigm is a legal-industry leader in cloud-based software with three practice management platforms – PracticePanther, Bill4Time, and MerusCase – as well as epayments (Headnote) and accounting (TrustBooks) solutions.

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and creative Marketing Operations Manager to further accelerate our growth. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working to define and own the strategy, processes, metrics, and technology that will enable our organization to target the right buyers, generate high-quality leads, and help move them down the funnel. You will own, administer and build upon our existing websites and marketing technology stack to both scale and optimize our marketing efforts. You’ll own the Salesforce instances for Paradigm’s suite of products, overseeing the maintenance and optimization of Salesforce configurations, integrations, and reporting. This role is highly strategic, analytical and data-oriented and is suited for someone unafraid to work in a rapidly growing startup environment. The Marketing Operations Manager will function as an integral part of Paradigm’s Marketing team and will report directly to Paradigm’s Sr. Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Own, administer, optimize, and build upon our websites, Salesforce, and marketing automation tool stack
  • Own the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instances and integrations—managing user roles, profiles, object modeling, page layout design, workflows, and rule logic
  • Build and refine the metric tracking / reporting infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp) in order to translate data into actionable insights that inform broader marketing efforts
  • Establish, configure, maintain, and continuously improve our Salesforce integrations with third party applications
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for site optimization and marketing automation improvement, including testing and implementation of new marketing tools
  • Optimize lead to cash workflow efficiency related to Marketing and Sales transactions to and from Salesforce and integrated business applications (e.g., Drift, Intercom), and proactively integrating and syncing martech tools
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing, and oversee data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting
  • Managing internal support requests for Salesforce and related integrations from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while cultivating a positive support experience
  • Maintain marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, data syncing logic, and troubleshooting

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization, ideally at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning (Salesforce certification preferred)
  • Experience in website administration and various CMS applications (e.g. Instapage, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery preferred
  • Advanced understanding and use of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other third-party applications such as Zendesk, Intercom, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, and Marketo
  • Google Analytics, Salesforce, and HubSpot experience for goals, attribution and BI purposes
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
